Shop Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Shop Terms and Conditions (“Shop Terms of Use”) govern purchases made through the Alley Cat Meadows online shop. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Shop Terms of Use.

1. Payment

All purchases must be made using approved payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are subject to verification, and Alley Cat Meadows reserves the right to cancel orders that fail verification. Orders cannot be modified once submitted.

2. International Orders

International orders are not permitted. Anyl orders placed outside of the CONTINENTAL United States of America will be canceled and refunded, Alley Cat Meadows is not responsible for non-refundable payment processing fess.

3. Seeds and Live Products

Seeds and other agricultural products are sold with care and quality assurance; however, growing results may vary due to conditions beyond our control. Any guarantees are limited to the purchase price of the product.

4. Returns and Refunds

Incorrect or damaged items must be reported promptly, within 48 hours of receipt/delivery. Refunds and replacements are based on a case by case basis. Returns are not accepted. Please contact alleycatmeadows@gmail.com within the specified time frame to insure compliance and eligibility of refunds.

5. Order Cancellations

Alley Cat Meadows reserves the right to cancel orders based on location, any order placed in California, Colorado, or Washington State will be canceled without appeal due to regulatory and state laws. Other locations may fall within these parameters. Alley Cat Meadows is not responsible for non-refundable payment processing fess. Alley Cat Meadows reserves the right to cancel orders within no specified time frame.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated, all products are sold “as is,” and Alley Cat Meadows disclaims all warranties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
