All cut flower orders are final; no refunds or returns will be issued. If flowers are not picked up by 4:00 PM on Friday, the arrangement will be donated.
PLEASE READ!!!: YOUR CHARGES MAY BEGIN BEFORE FLOWERS ARE READY! YOU WILL ONLY CHARGED WEEKLY FOR TEN WEEKS. YOU MAY BE CHARGED TWO OR MORE WEEKS PRIOR TO RECEVING THE FIRST BOUQUET, BUT AFTER TEN PAYMENTS YOUR CHARGES WILL STOP AND YOUR FLOWER SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE TO BE FULFILLED UNTIL THE TEN WEEKS HAVE BEEN MET. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WHEN THE SUBSCRIPTION IS BEGINNING.
* Your bouquet can/will vary in exact stem amount from week to week, there will be a minimum of 15 stems per bouquet.
**You will be notified via email once your order is accepted of estimated subscription start date, pickup address and pick up instructions.
***If for some reason we are unable to fulfill a week’s subscription in sequential order, a fulfillment will be added to the end of the subscription for you. The farm answers to the unpredictability of Mother Nature, we do our best to be prepared, but things happen; in the event that crops are damaged you will be notified and fulfillment shifted. Thank you for understanding.
